At SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team! As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Encourage social interaction and engagement, promoting mental and emotional well-being
Document client care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and caring environment that values compassion, respect, and integrity. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing them with the highest level of care and support. 6+ months of experience as a caregiver or healthcare professional
~ Reliable and insured transportation and valid driver's license (for travel to client homes)
