This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a large hourly workforce, and ensuring the team meets expectations for productivity, quality, attendance, and safety.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with strong people-management skills and experience working in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations for a fast-paced production and warehouse environmentManage and develop a sizable hourly workforceProvide leadership and direction to supervisors, leads, and hourly employeesDrive accountability for productivity, quality, attendance, and safetyMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure production and operational goals are consistently metAddress employee performance and attendance issues in a timely and professional mannerPromote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace culturePartner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational challengesCommunicate expectations clearly and consistently across all levels of the organizationEnsure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followedSupport employee training, coaching, and developmentTroubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutionsProvide strong leadership and visibility throughout the assigned shiftQualificationsProven experience in operations management, production management, warehouse management, distribution, or a related leadership roleExperience managing a sizable hourly workforceStrong people-management and leadership experienceProven ability to hold teams accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, and safetyExcellent communication and employee-relations skillsPrevious 2nd or 3rd shift leadership experience strongly preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate leadership and accountabilityFluent in English and either Spanish or Burmese
