Retail Sales & Store merchandiser

divh2Merchandiser/h2pWe are looking for a Merchandiser to set, reset, and maintain product displays in customer stores across assigned Oklahoma markets. This role helps drive sales by making sure merchandise is placed correctly, stores are organized, and displays follow approved planograms. This is a hands-on position for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and represent the company well in the field./ppWhat You Will Do/pulliSet and reset merchandise in stores based on approved planograms/liliUpdate shelf tags, replace worn pegs and channel strips, and maintain merchandising materials and tools/liliRemove discontinued items and place or rearrange new products/liliAssemble, break down, install, and position racks and store fixtures/liliUnload and unpack merchandise in designated store areas/liliKeep work areas clean by removing boxes, trash, and other materials from merchandising activity/liliCommunicate store needs, market changes, and issues to the Sales Manager/liliFollow direction from the Set Leader or Sales Manager/liliUse company systems and standard business applications, including email, Word, and Excel/liliTravel to customer locations as needed, including occasional overnight travel/liliReport to work and scheduled business activities on time and complete assignments in a dependable, professional manner/liliSupport cross-training and other duties as business needs require/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliAbility to perform hands-on merchandising and store reset work/liliAbility to follow planograms, direction, and in-store execution standards/liliBasic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel/liliStrong organization skills and ability to communicate issues and opportunities promptly/liliReliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned market/liliAbility to occasionally travel out of town and stay overnight based on company needs/liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly/liliAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliPrior merchandising, reset, route sales, grocery, retail, or in-store execution experience/liliExperience working with store fixtures, displays, or planograms/liliExperience working independently in a field-based role/li/ulpBenefits/pulliMedical, dental, and vision coverage/liliEmployer-paid basic life insurance with buy-up options/liliDisability insurance/lili401(k) with employer match/li/ulpPhysical Demands/ppThe physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing somewhat strenuous activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
