We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation based on each candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings AccountLife Insurance with Optional Supplemental PlanPet InsuranceShort-Term Paid Disability401(k) Retirement Plan with Vested Company Match ContributionPaid Time Off (PTO)10 Paid HolidaysHealth Advocacy ProgramsWhat You'll Do:Compound bulk products by following written batch instructions and safety guidelinesClean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment for production runsVerify raw materials, equipment readiness, and compliance before starting batchesRecord batch data and logbook entries accurately and consistentlyCollaborate with Quality Assurance for product sampling and approvalSupport unloading and preparation of bulk storage tanksPerform daily system monitoring, DI water sampling, and routine equipment upkeepConduct minor maintenance and assist with cleaning and painting tasksFollow cGMP and SOPs to ensure compliance and qualityWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred2+ years of experience in manufacturing or chemical handling preferredStrong understanding of SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocolsAbility to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and operate manual equipmentComfortable working with hot water, solvents, and sanitizing agentsMust be able to wear a tight-fitted respiratorPhysically capable of repetitive tasks, working at heights, and working in dusty environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
