LOOM OPERATOR NOW HIRING! Temp-Hire

Ready to work, earn steady hours, and learn valuable manufacturing skills? We're hiring Loom Operators in Crowley, LA for a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and ready to be part of a hardworking team!

Pay: $12.00/hour

Schedule: MondayFriday, 4:00 AM4:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required.

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor industrial loom equipment

Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently

Load materials and make adjustments as needed

Inspect finished products for quality

Identify basic machine or production issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and production procedures

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Skills and Experience

Reliable and ready to work a 4:00 AM start time

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts

Able to stand and remain active for extended periods

Strong attention to detail

Safety-minded and dependable

Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus

Willing to learn loom experience is a plus, but strong candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply!
