Supports the compliance team by performing administrative tasks related to regulatory requirements, documentation management, and compliance reporting. Ensures accurate recordkeeping and assists in monitoring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

The Market Specialist supports carrier onboarding, engagement, and governance activities across insurance carriers, managing general agents (MGAs), and intermediary partners. This role develops foundational expertise in carrier engagement while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Production, Operations, Compliance, and Finance. Prepare, review, and maintain carrier documentation, licensing records, and required compliance materials.

Maintain accurate carrier information across systems and identify data quality issues.

• Participate in process improvement efforts and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2–6 years of experience in insurance operations, carrier onboarding, compliance, market engagement, brokerage operations, or a related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working within business systems and workflow tools.
