What You'll Be DoingYou'll work on real commercial construction projects across the Dayton and Cincinnati area — conduit, wiring, panels, blueprints, training apprentices, assist in layout of projects, and hands-on trade work alongside folks who are invested in your growth. We develop apprentices — our co-op and apprentice program actively grows young tradespeople. Community rooted — we're not a faceless national contractor.
