Responsibilities
Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, community involvement, and outbound sales.
Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Conduct insurance reviews and recommend customized coverage solutions.
Sell Property & Casualty insurance products along with Life & Health insurance solutions.
Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (Required)
Active Ohio Life & Health License (Required)
Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to continuously improve.
