Human Resources and Payroll Generalist
Ascend Health
Responsibilities
Process all new patient referrals and follow up on outstanding referrals.
Perform data entry of patient demographics.
Coordinate orientation for new staff, organize and maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with required records of employee employment and medical files.
Maintain accurate records of employee time and attendance and other payroll functions.
Order all forms and supplies as needed.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred.
1 year of office management experience.
Healthcare background strongly preferred.
Payroll and scheduling experience desirable.
Experience with HR policies and procedures.
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
PC literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
