Staff Pharmacist - Full Time

$55 - $63 per hour

Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. An experienced Pharmacist is needed for a full-time, 6–12 month contract role in Brooklyn, NY, focused on outpatient and specialty pharmacy operations within a large healthcare system. This position involves managing retail operations, 340B program compliance, regulatory standards, and accreditation efforts in a busy outpatient pharmacy setting handling approximately 65,000 prescriptions annually.
Manage pharmacy operations in an outpatient/retail environment
Collaborate closely with pharmacy leadership, compliance, and legal teams
Uphold regulatory standards and quality assurance initiatives
Proven experience in retail/outpatient and specialty pharmacy settings
Strong expertise in 340B operations and compliance
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid policies
Demonstrated experience working with regulatory and compliance protocols
Full-time
