FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Full time

The Dietitian is an exciting opportunity responsible for clinical nutrition. In this role, you will conduct nutrition assessments, identify nutrition problems and coordinate care plans among other care providers while providing excellent nutritional support services.

Collect and analyze relevant patient information including medical/social history, lab values, anthropometric data, diet history and medications

Analyze information to identify nutrition problems and develop appropriate care plans

Depending on assigned clinic, conduct individual consultations, diet instruction on chronic conditions (DM, CHF, obesity) as well as teach group education classes

Bachelor's degree

Must be in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and maintain a current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) registration card

Must obtain Washington State Certified Dietitian (CD) Card within 90 days of employment (or 90 days from RDN Registration date if RDN-Eligible)
