Our In-Home (in-person) BCBA position centers on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. You will benefit from direct daily engagement with clients, families, and your dedicated clinical team, with ongoing collaboration and support.

In this role, you\'ll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains on compassionate, client-centered care and meaningful progress.

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence

Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes

Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles

Engage parents in their child\'s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress

Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
