Assist with snow removal on all sidewalks, utilizing snow shovels, small equipment with plows; follow with the application of Ice Melt

Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances.

Move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrow or hand trucks.

Dig, fill and tamp earth excavations.

Shovel concrete, soil, and asphalt.

Cut trees and brush.

Cuts vegetation, using walking-type or riding mowers (less than 2000 lbs.).

Operates power tools such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, edger's, blowers, drills, air hammers, earth tampers, generators, air compressors, sump pumps, concrete saws, routers, etc.

Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth using shears and other hand tools.

Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.

Water lawn and shrubs during dry periods using hose or activating sprinkler systems.

Spread concrete and asphalt on concrete and paving jobs using the appropriate hand tools for the job.

Clean hand tools, machinery and work area.

Advanced knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.

Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Tunista's goals.

Must High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor work is subject to extreme temperatures, noise, inclement weather conditions, and other conditions determined by the nature of the job.
