What You’ll Do: Provide dietary and nutritional counseling to home health patients
Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on physician orders
Educate patients and families on nutrition management and healthy lifestyle choices
Flexible PRN/Per Diem schedule

What You’ll Bring: Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN), Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LD/N), or Licensed Nutritional Counselor (LNC)
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Home Health or clinical nutrition/dietitian experience preferred
