Effectively manages the daily operations of housekeeping services in the hotel to promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber guest service to all guests/team members.

Direct Housekeeping Supervisors and team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas and hotel guest rooms.

Tour facility checking all public areas, evaluating the performances of the housekeeping team member.

Inspects facilities and recommends repairs and upgrades when needed.

Schedule the work force to ensure all areas and shifts are adequately covered.

Cross-train entire team for all shift-related duties and responsibilities.

Develop and maintain a safety program for all housekeeping team members. - Train all Housekeeping team members in OSHA standards and regulations and documentation.

Order supplies, ensuring all par levels are maintained for the housekeeping team.

Conduct meetings with Housekeeping Supervisors to discuss job functions, teamwork, team development, concerns and questions.

Complete team member evaluations as set forth in established Company policy.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.

Ability to conduct analyses and generate reports to reflect findings; direct a work force, provide support to staff and delegate job duties.
