Bake the breads and croissants enjoyed across all 10 Parfait Paris locations every morning.
Parfait Paris is looking for a dependable and motivated baker to join our overnight commissary team. This role is primarily responsible for baking our breads and viennoiserie, ensuring every location receives fresh, high-quality products each day.
Proof, bake, and finish croissants, pastries, and breads according to company standards
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production
- Follow overnight production schedules to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Previous baking experience required (bread and/or viennoiserie preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight production responsibilities
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
- Finish your workday by 9:30 AM
- Stable full-time schedule
