Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55k-$60k depending on performance.

Must be flexible/ available all days and will be a 4 day/10 hour weekly schedule.

Parts department hours are from 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sundays.

This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Parts Manager.

As a Parts Advisor, you will help provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering

Manage inventory, maintaining an organized parts department

Build relationships with customers and vendors

Promote parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue

Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Experience in a high-volume automotive parts environment

• 2+ years of experience with automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience is ideal)
• Customer service capabilities and confidence with upselling products
• Bonuses are based on parts gross achievement and individual manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
