What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within scope and standards
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide education tailored to diverse populations
Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Document patient progress and care in electronic health records accurately
Support unit and department goals through professional practice and teamwork
Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical software
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing
