Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Our client, a leading Aerospace Manufacturing and Industrial Facilities Services organization, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Department supporting the Critical Facilities and Industrial Maintenance Team. Job Title: HVAC Technician (2nd Shift)

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including DX systems, rooftop units, air handlers, and environmental control equipment.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC mechanical, electrical, control, and automation systems to ensure critical facility reliability.
• Monitor HVAC system performance, record operational data, and make adjustments to maintain required temperature, humidity, and airflow standards.
• Troubleshoot controls, sensors, actuators, and HVAC automation interfaces while supporting building environmental systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, maintain technical documentation, and support inventory and preventative maintenance programs.

6–8 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial or commercial HVAC systems.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with HVAC equipment, controls, and environmental systems.

• Working knowledge of chilled water, hot water, DX systems, air distribution, and pressurization systems.
