Columbia Memorial Health is seeking a Full Time compassionate and skilled Rheumatologist to join our outpatient clinic team in Hudson, NY a close-knit rural community. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality, specialized care in a setting that values patient relationships and community health.
The Rheumatologist will diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatic conditions in an outpatient setting and play a key role in helping patients manage chronic autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases.

Collaborate with primary care physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive care plans
Administer or oversee treatments such as joint injections, biologics, and infusion therapies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach efforts
Provide occasional telehealth services to improve accessibility for remote patients
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
Valid and unrestricted medical license in [State] or eligibility to obtain
Completion of an accredited Rheumatology Fellowship

Experience working in outpatient or community-based settings
Interest in underserved and rural health populations
