Job Description Quality Control Manager
Lead Quality. We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance on high-impact construction projects. This is a leadership opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in the field, understands complex construction operations, and is passionate about delivering work that exceeds expectations.
Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion
Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards
Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams
Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License or Graduate of an ABET-Accredited Engineering Program
- 6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience
- 2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience
- Heavy Civil or Infrastructure Projects
Structural Concrete Construction
Military or Public Works Projects
