Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Maintain bread and water service for all guests.

Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including necessary equipment such as silverware, linen, and glassware.

Serve guests water, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.

Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products, as assigned by supervisor, to adhere to health standards.

Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests and to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.

Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 100 lbs.

Education: Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience: No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Work Schedule: Due to the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules and hours to reflect the staffing needs of the hotel.
