You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, apply modalities as appropriate, assist with manual therapy techniques as directed by the PT, and provide clear education about home exercise programs and injury prevention. Patient flow is designed to balance quality care with reasonable productivity expectations. You can expect an outpatient caseload with scheduled one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions, generally providing care across a full day of appointments. Treatment sessions typically run throughout the day, with time allocated for documentation in the electronic medical record system. Patient ratios and daily visit volumes are structured to support safe, effective care and maintain strong patient satisfaction and outcomes. Shifts are typically weekday-based, with standard clinic hours that may include some early morning or early evening coverage to accommodate patient schedules. Weekend or holiday work is limited and dependent on clinic needs.
