Build and nurture relationships with local real estate agents, brokers, contractors, insurance companies, and home service providers
Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation in your community by using a consultative approach
Serve as a local brand ambassador for House IQ, representing the company at local events
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand House IQ’s local ecosystem
Support local marketing, outreach, and branding initiatives to drive user growth and platform adoption
Contribute creative ideas and “outside-the-box” approaches for customer and partner acquisition
Own the full life cycle, from cold outreach to close to ongoing relationship!
Manage your pipeline, track performance, and exceed sales targets
Excellent communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Have 3-5 years real estate experience and relationships with RE agents, brokers, GC’s and other RE related businesses in the local market,
Enjoy working collaboratively with other team members throughout the sales process
