Hospitality Health ER is a freestanding ER in Longview, TX that provides personal attention to all patients with first-class care. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to everyone that enters our facility, going above and beyond the call of duty. We are looking to fill positions immediately!
A freestanding ER in Longview, TX is seeking a Registrar to join their team. The Registrar will strive to provide proficient, competent care while maintaining the patient's sense of comfort and dignity.
Responsibilities for the Registrar
Greeting all patients and guests as they enter the facility in a warm and welcoming manner.
Cultivating and implementing a personal patient care initiative that goes above and beyond for all patients.
Utilizing technology and hardware to perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties, including but not limited to word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones and data entry.
Adhering to and ensuring compliance with HHER policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Preparing diligent notes with complete details within information system to communicate with other staff, supervisors, and auditors.
Requirements and Qualifications for the Registrar
position will require a minimum of two weekend shifts to be worked. A weekend is defined as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Proficient in computer applications, such an email and MS office, and office equipment.
Customer service experience: demonstrated ability in customer service practice related to direct patient care in a high volume, high stress environment.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous work experience as a receptionist or related position preferred.
