Inventory Control Specialist
CoWorx is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in the Lawrence, MA area! This position will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly received, stored, and distributed. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems
Perform routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and components
Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure material availability
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
Organize warehouse and storage areas to maximize efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and package materials for internal distribution or shipment when needed
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer applications
Experience with Excel, NetSuite, and Google Workspace strongly preferred
