FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a full‑time attorney with a dual license in Louisiana and Texas to join their Metairie, Louisiana office. The firm specializes in retail and commercial collections, as well as creditor rights counseling and litigation. The attorney will manage litigation files from start to finish and attend court appearances throughout Louisiana.
Duties Manage litigation files from initiation to resolution.
Attend court appearances across Louisiana.
Provide legal counsel on creditor rights.
Engage in retail and commercial collections cases.
Requirements Dual license to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
Experience in litigation and court appearances.
Knowledge of creditor rights and collections.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
Skills Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
