This is not a remote position and requires you to work in the office five days a week (but that endless stream of healthy treats in a supportive and fun environment makes this office experience a reward, in and of itself).

Think Like a Customer - We empathize with our customers; The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the selecting and prepping of orders using RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks, providing support in preparing and packaging orders following REEP Fitness shipping guidelines, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and cleaned to maintain a clean and safe working environment. The expected work shift will be the following days and hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.

Keep picking locations full by utilizing RF Scanner for inventory replenishment.

Load/unload containers, utilizing safe body mechanics.

Perform inventory "put aways" utilizing scanner.

Ensure that the warehouse is organized and cleaned to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Prepare and package orders following Rep Fitness shipping guidelines.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

1 - 2 years related experience and/or training preferred.

Forklift certification and/or experience preferred
