On-Site

Build and foster supplier partnerships, lead RFQ processes, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective, quality, and timely deliveries
Analyze market trends and raw material costs to anticipate pricing shifts and mitigate supply risks
Execute procurement activities, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and support inventory and process improvement initiatives
2-6 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and data analysis skills
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze market trends and raw material pricing fluctuations
Support for inventory management activities including cycle counts
Commitment to continuous process improvement within procurement
