Bartender - The Tap Room (Full Time)

If you enjoy serving others and crafting delicious drinks, then join the Tailwind team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Bartender qualifications/skills:
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program
Paid training

Shift: 4:30am - 1:00pm & 10:30am - Close
