Bartender
Position Summary
The Bartender creates memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional hospitality, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. Bartenders are expected to demonstrate strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and responsible alcohol service.

Essential Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards

Engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail offerings

Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies

Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar

Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies

Assist servers with beverage preparation

Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and stocking

Requirements
Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred

Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails preferred

Excellent guest service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
