What You'll Do

Administer anesthesia for a bread and butter case mix including orthopedic and general surgery cases with a strong focus on regional anesthesia techniques
Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs
Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort
Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons and healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of perioperative care
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of anesthesia care and patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $550,000 annually - 1099 independent contractor
Vacation: 8 weeks off annually
No call. No nights. Approx. 40 hours a week.

What We're Looking For

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - preferred
Strong clinical skills with extensive knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and medications
Demonstrated experience with regional anesthesia techniques
Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative team player with a patient-first approach to care
