Licensed Vocational Nurse
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Full-time NOC shift; 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
Salary Range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience
$2 per hour NOC shift differential
Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $32.66-$38.50 per hour

Full-time Schedule
Week 1 days include Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Week 2 days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
