ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania.

Interventional Radiology Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position with a schedule of 4x10-hour days from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM. On-call coverage is required to manage off-shift and weekend responsibilities, with a 30-minute response time required during on-call periods. Holiday availability is also necessary.

The Interventional Radiology Nurse will provide specialized nursing care in the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology settings. This role requires a proficient understanding of radiology procedures, patient management, and postoperative care related to interventional radiology. Candidates must be prepared to care for COVID patients and work in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Perform nursing evaluations and assessments for patients undergoing interventional procedures.

Assist the interventional radiology team with procedural preparations and patient monitoring.

Administer medications and manage patient care during and after procedures.

Educate patients and their families regarding procedures, outcomes, and post-operative care.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in clinical practice.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.

Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.

Must be willing to float and cover additional shifts as needed.

Candidates must hold a valid nursing license without any hits.
