Colonial River Investments in Newport News, VA is looking for a driven and personable Client Services Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while playing a key role in delivering exceptional financial service experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses

Manage and maintain client accounts, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy

Coordinate with internal investment advisors and operations teams to fulfill client requests, and timely completion of operational needs

Onboard new clients by guiding them through account setup and investment processes, processing additional items in management of accounts

Monitor client portfolios and proactively communicate relevant updates or changes in assistance with Financial Advisor

Daily multi tasking responsibility in assisting various clients or internal projects

Support compliance efforts by ensuring all client interactions and records meet regulatory standards

Bachelors Degree

Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred: 2+ years of experience in client services, financial services, or a related field

Preferred: Familiarity with investment products, financial terminology, or wealth management
