Note: Applicants must have 3+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking paralegals whose primary focus has been patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure while supporting other practice areas.

Support attorneys through all phases of complex patent litigation.
Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars.
Prepare and file court documents in federal courts.
Coordinate document collection, review, and production.
Organize exhibits and trial materials.
3+ years of direct patent litigation paralegal experience.

• Strong understanding of federal court litigation procedures.
• Experience managing complex litigation case files.
• Excellent organizational and document management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
