BCBA needed for a Full Time Position

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some weekends.
Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team!
As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health

BCBA Certification
Master's/Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, students pursuing their masters degree in ABA are highly encourage to apply.
Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)
Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
