We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects from kickoff through completion. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating customers, engineering, production, vendors, and field activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from contract award through project closeout.
Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to develop execution plans and production schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, customers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and overall progress.
Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
Participate in customer meetings and job site meetings as needed.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Resolve project issues quickly while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinate site visits, inspections, punch list items, and project completion activities.
Maintain clear communication with leadership by providing regular project updates.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the electrical industry.
Experience managing industrial or commercial electrical projects.
Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project scheduling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel locally for project meetings and site visits as needed.
