We are currently seeking a hands-on, motivated Operations Supervisor to lead operations in our fast-paced production environment and help drive performance, accountability, and team success.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, supporting employees on the floor, ensuring safety and GMP compliance, and driving productivity and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume operation.
Supervise and support production employees during assigned shift
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies
Monitor production flow, staffing, and operational performance
Support GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
Coach employees on performance, attendance, and workplace expectations
Communicate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership teams
Assist with training, onboarding, and employee development
Complete production documentation and shift reports
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience with GMP or food manufacturing environments is a plus
