CNA - Medical Care

Florida ENT and Allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time position at our Countryside office. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs.
Certified Medical Assistant Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Certified Medical Assistant who is comfortable with in-office procedures, medical terminology, multitask oriented, motivated, able to handle a high volume of incoming patients, must be a self-starter and willing to learn all aspects of the ENT, Allergy and Audiology field.
Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

Scheduling diagnostic tests and surgery
Assisting the physician in exam rooms for procedures as needed (ie: wax removal, biopsies, surgical procedures, etc)obtaining proper consent and ensuring proper scope of practice is followed
Certified Medical Assistant Requirements:
Minimum one-year HANDS ON Medical Assistant experience
Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong computer literacy.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
