Bookeeper (Accounting/Finance)

Accounting PositionPerform a range of accounting duties and provide support to the department. Perform data entry of specialized information, maintenance and preparation of reports and a variety of intermediate accounting activities to be performed in accordance with company practices and procedures. The office is currently Plano, TX and will be moving to Dallas, TX in January 2027.Refer to your manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations.Perform a variety of general accounting tasks. (90-95%)Enter accounting data, maintain records and generate reports.Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts and bank statements.Process and administer accounts receivable and payable.Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.Perform daily cash management functions including daily deposits, initiate and confirm wire activity, analyze cash position, move cash, and record the required journal entries.Performs other general clerical and administrative duties.
