A well-established, multi-location optometric practice is seeking a motivated associate optometrist to join their dynamic team. Known for delivering personalized, patient-centered care with a strong referral network of doctors, hospitals, and specialists
Comprehensive services: primary eye care, contact lenses, ocular disease management, with a focus on pediatrics, vision therapy, and rehabilitation
candidates with an interest in sports vision, OrthoK, and specialty lens fits are encouraged to apply
State-of-the-art technology: multiple refraction lanes, OCT, Visual Fields, OPTOS, or Maestro available at all locations
Supportive team environment: front desk staff, pretesting technicians, optical support, and cross-trained vision therapists
Flexible part-time
Typically two patients per hour, with 15-minute emergency visits, 30-minute routine exams, and 45-minute appointments for complex/new patients
Compensation: $70/hour or $650 per diem plus 1% of gross, with increasing percentages for every $200,000 generated per quarter
Partnership or ownership opportunities are available immediately for those interested
Training provided on advanced equipment and specialty services as needed

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
