Description:
Responsible for providing patient care in a medical and surgical telemetry setting.
Must perform assessments and monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
