Part Time Investigator

The following position is available to Veterans , Transitioning Military , National Guard , Reserve Members , Military Spouses , Wounded Warriors , and their Caregivers . Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is “On-Site”.

As an industry-leading provider of federal background investigations since 2004, CACI employs full-time and part-time investigators across all 50 U.Virgin Islands, and other U.Required daily, Monday through Friday, presence onsite at CACI’s Virtual Investigations Operation Center located in Tampa, FL. Resolve all material issues in a case to establish the background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications of the subject under investigation. Interviews for this position will be conducted using Virtual Teleconference (VTC) and telephone, with VTC as the primary method, while being physically present at the designated onsite location. Attend a multiweek intensive onsite training with additional shadowing and mentorship with an experienced Investigator.

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to recognize or use correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; produce written information, which may include technical material that is appropriate for the intended audience

Active Top Secret Clearance based on a T5
