Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, additional hours and rotating Saturdays may be required.
QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collecting payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist
Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of experience as phlebotomist
Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.
1 year or more phlebotomist experiences with Geriatrics and Pediatric patients
Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
