Prep Cooks - Part-Time Morning Shifts Only

We are a leading meal prep delivery service looking to add to our growing team! Under the direction of the owner, Christine, you will perform kitchen duties and ensure efficiency & compliance of all kitchen duties and responsibilities. Assisting in prepping, portioning, and cooking under the direction of the Head Chef

Executing the flow of prep and cook days

Ensure proper food handling and storing practices.

Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.

Must be able to perform all duties of cooks such as being able to store, prepare seasonings and ingredients, assembling and wash dishes, and operating commercial kettles, pots, pans, grills, ovens, and other equipment necessary to execute meals.

Be able to communicate with prep team members for recipes to be executed and planned for.

Participates in shared kitchen cleaning duties such as dishwashing, floors and trash.
