At OnSpot Dermatology, we're transforming the way dermatology is delivered. As a leader in mobile healthcare, we bring comprehensive dermatology services directly to patients through our fleet of fully equipped 40-foot mobile medical clinics that serve communities throughout Florida.

As we've continued to grow, we've expanded beyond our mobile practice by openingbrick-and-mortar offices to provide patients with additional access to high-quality dermatologic care.

We're excited to be opening ourbrand-new Naples office and are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused team member to help us establish an exceptional patient experience from day one.

This position will begin at approximately one day per week, with the opportunity to gradually increase hours and days as our Naples office grows and patient volume increases. This is a great opportunity to join a growing practice at the beginning of an exciting new location.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Medical Receptionist to create an exceptional experience for every patient—from the moment they walk through our doors until they check out.

As the first point of contact, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our new Naples office operates efficiently while providing compassionate, professional customer service.

Because this is a new location, you'll have the opportunity to be part of building the office culture and helping establish a welcoming, organized patient experience as the practice grows.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service

Check patients in and out while ensuring demographic and insurance information is accurate

Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays, balances, and product payments

Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries

Maintain an organized appointment schedule and communicate any delays or changes

Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive office environment

Assist with establishing efficient front desk processes as the new Naples location grows

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or customer service role (dermatology experience preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized

Passion for providing outstanding patient care and customer service

Comfortable working independently and helping build a new office location
