Hiring Range: $30.46-$38.29

Provides administrative support and oversees day-to-day tasks to ensure an efficient and productive environment for the Human Resource department.TheHR Coordinatorshould also have excellent administrative capabilities and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Provides a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership

Assist HRBP team with the preparation and follow-up for New Hire orientation, including scheduling of rooms and resources, as needed.

Sends out email communication to new hires for the 5/45 day surveys

Assist HRBP team with reports from various HR systems, as well as user maintenance, password resetting, and account issues

Establishes/builds relationships with hiring managers/departments for all facilities

Performs front desk reception duties for the Human Resources Department, including answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, filing, reception of employees and visitors, responding to inquiries, as well as all word processing and correspondence functions.

Assists with special house-wide mailings and distribution of information.

Special projects as assigned.

1–2 years experience working in an office setting preferred.

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
