Program Coordinator, Revenue Cycle

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Coordinator, Revenue Cycle for a Contract to hire assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Weatherford, TX. Fully remote (must be based in Texas).

Analyze revenue cycle reports, especially denials and billing data, to identify trends and performance gaps

Translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities

Lead discussions with departments to review findings and drive process improvements

Act as a "watchdog" over revenue cycle operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Support process improvement initiatives across billing, denials, and collections

Manage multiple projects and shift focus based on business needs

Analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates program operation and procedures.

Establishes program goals and objectives and directs program evaluation and quality control activities develops and or approves schedules priorities and standards for achieving goals.

Presents data and program information.

Responsible for design execution and effectiveness of system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient assets are safeguarded and financial information is reliable.

Ensures compliance with applicable laws regulations policies and procedures.

Leads literature and attends functions to keep abreast of relevant scientific and technical developments related to program.

May provide supervision to staff members.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Education Social Science or related field

• Experience in hospital setting
• EPIC experience required
• Experience with denials, billing, and collections
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with process improvement and automation
• Ability to manage processes end to end
• Understanding of AI concepts in operations
• Experience across full revenue cycle (billing through collections)
