Patient Safety Attendant

The Patient Safety Attendant provides a safe patient environment by direct observation and offers diversional activities. Directly observes patient to maintain patient safety.

Transports and/or transfers patients within the unit.

Identifies ligature risks and reports information to appropriate person(s).

Language Requirements:

This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication in the workplace and with patients, families, and team members.

Lift -Floor to Waist Level: Continuously (67-100%)• Outdoor: Not Applicable• Extreme Temperature: Not Applicable

Persons who drive as their main responsibility OR transport passengers or hazardous materials.

Persons who drive from once per month to as frequently as once per week.
